As a licensed NJ professional engineer, James Vander Vliet is preparing soil erosion and sediment control plans for JMS’ ongoing remediation projects. By providing this service, JMS offers its clients a one stop shop for initiating large remediation projects, and simplifies the start-up of the remediation.
JMS has also been working with its existing manufacturing and industrial clients to meet facility compliance requirements including NJDEP Community Right to Know (CRTK) and US EPA Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) Reporting. In addition, JMS is now also supporting these clients by providing Professional Engineering services to assist in the preparation and certification of Discharge Prevention Containment and Countermeasure (DPCC) and Discharge Cleanup and Removal (DCR) plans.
JMS is happy to be able to offer these additional services to its existing clients and looks forward to offering these services to a broader based on organizations. Please check this link Compliance, Engineering, and Permitting Services page for more information.
