The NJDEP continues to add functionality of the NJDEP Online. Most recently, the NJDEP added the capability to upload Remedial Investigation Reports (RIR) through NJDEP Online, and offered training for this feature on May 20, 2015.
The person completing the submission must have an active NJDEP Online account and the submission must be certified by the Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) of record for the case. To submit the complete report, you will need:
- A PDF of the RIR
- A PDF of the initial or revised Receptor Evaluation Form
- A completed CID spreadsheet (Versions 1.2, 1.3 or later ONLY)
- An EDD zip file for the data generated to complete the RIR
- An PDF of the authorization form (PDF) signed by the person responsible for conducting remediation acknowledging submission of online reports
If there are any other forms that are required to complete the submission (i.e., CEA Form, Vapor Concern Response Action form), they will also be submitted concurrently. It should also be noted that the online submission eliminates the need to complete and submit the Remedial Investigation Report Form.
